Sarah Ware Hypnotherapist and well-being coach
I completed a degree in Mental Health and Wellbeing for Children and Young People with the University of Worchester, I hold a level 4 Counselling and CBT diploma with Training Qualifications UK, a Crystal Healing Diploma with The Center of Excellence and I am also a qualified Mental Health First Aider.
I am in the process of completing Clinical hypnotherapy and solution-focused psychotherapist training with Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy Training (CPHT), an accredited training centre of excellence in hypnotherapy and psychotherapy in Bristol. Working with the most knowledgeable hypnotherapists in the country, with over 40 years experience combined. Learning the most up to date techniques based on the latest brain research I will work in the most effective solution-focused way. I will qualify with a full qualification in July 2024, however I am able to offer the service throughout my training at a reduced rate.
I ensure that I keep my continuous professional development up to date and relevant to my field of work and I regularly complete training courses that will assist me with my work, so clients can be assured they are getting the best quality service. I also enjoy increasing my knowledge of holistic learning, including how crystals can assist with the healing process and how the cycle of the moon effects our lives.
In my spare time, I love nothing more than spending time with family and friends, learning new skills and reading.
‘My aim in life is to help as many people who need it. I have struggled with my own mental health in the past and I now believe I can help children and adults live their best lives. Life is a rollercoaster of emotions, I want to help provide you with the understanding and the tools to enable you to cope with the low moments in a resilient and proactive way’.
‘I am fascinated by neuroplasticity and want to help you understand how you can change your outlook on life permanently’.
